Here’s a complete overview of everything you need to know as a vendor at HomeGymCon.

Event Dates: June 27 & 28, 2025

Location: Kentucky International Convention Center – Louisville, Kentucky

Room Block: The Galt House (reserve rooms before rooms run out).

Event History & Growth: The first two years of HomeGymCon were held in French Lick, Indiana. Year one featured around 30 vendors, and by year two, the event sold out with 70 vendors. A passionate community has formed around this event, helping it gain popularity quickly. After outgrowing the original venue, HGC is moving to Louisville for year three. As of January, projections indicate that approximately 3 times more space will be filled, with ticket sales and athlete participation expected to increase by four times.

Reasons to sign up as a vendors + additional returning vendor incentives:

  • Affordable Booths: We keep booth costs low, especially for small businesses, making it easy to return year after year.

  • Exclusive Benefits for Returning Vendors: Returning vendors enjoy lower booth prices, and if you sign up for 2025, your 2026 rate won’t exceed this year’s price.

  • High-Value Audience: The primary group consists of individuals who either own a home gym or are in the process of building one. They are eager to discover new equipment, innovations, and ideas to improve their setups. You’ll meet some of the most passionate home gym owners in the world here. You’ll find many “gym owners” too. There won’t be a better equipment show anywhere close next year.

  • “For Sale at Booths” Feature: You can now pre-sell items through our website, ideal for custom or display pieces. Many vendors sold nearly everything they brought last year!

  • Increased Digital Exposure: Last year, over 20 content creators shared content about HomeGymCon across Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and more. We expect even more in 2025.

  • High Vendor Retention: 96% of 2024 vendors have already signed up for 2025, with only one opting out for reasons unrelated to the event.

Important Dates:

  • Advanced Order Deadline for Additional Exhibit Items: June 20, 2025
  • Advance Freight Deadline: June 20, 2025
  • Move-in: Wednesday, June 25 from 3 PM – 9PM
  • Continued Move-in: Thursday, June 26 from 7 AM – 9 PM
  • Show Open Hours: 8 AM-6 PM (8-10 early access)
  • Show Open Hours: 8 AM-6 PM (8-10 early access)
  • Move Out: 6 PM – 11 PM on the 28th and 7 AM – 2 PM on the 29th
  • Freight Re-Route: Sunday June 29th at 12 PM
