Here’s some important information you need to know as a vendor at HomeGymCon.
Event Dates: July 30 – August 1, 2026
Location: Kentucky International Convention Center – Louisville, Kentucky
Room Block: The Galt House (reserve rooms before rooms run out).
Event History & Growth: The first two years of HomeGymCon were held in French Lick, Indiana. Year one featured around 30 vendors, and by year two, the event sold out with 70 vendors. A passionate community has formed around this event, helping it gain popularity quickly. After outgrowing the original venue, HGC is moving to Louisville for year three. Year three was about 2.5x larger than 2024.

Affordable Booths: We keep booth costs low, especially for small businesses, making it easy to return year after year.

Exclusive Benefits for Returning Vendors: Returning vendors enjoy lower booth prices, and if you sign up for 2026, your 2027 rate won’t exceed this year’s price.
- High-Value Audience: The primary group consists of individuals who either own a home gym or are in the process of building one. They are eager to discover new equipment, innovations, and ideas to improve their setups. You’ll meet some of the most passionate home gym owners in the world here. You’ll find many “gym owners” too. There won’t be a better equipment show anywhere close next year.

“For Sale at Booths” Feature: You can now pre-sell items through our website, ideal for custom or display pieces. Many vendors sold nearly everything they brought last year!

Increased Digital Exposure: Last year, over 40 content creators shared content about HomeGymCon across Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and more. We expect even more in 2026.

High Vendor Retention: Over 90% of booth space has returned each year, with with most opting out for reasons unrelated to the event.
