Odd review from someone who didn’t attend, but I didn’t hear about Home Gym Con until right before and I was incredibly sad to miss out! I followed along on the app and have already made a central effort that I WILL be attending next year and hope it’s in Louisville. I saw and heard nothing but great things and it’s number one priority to attend next year.

Probably one of the most fun events I’ve ever been to. Drove 11 hours with my 10 year old son and we had a blast. I agree that it is a must do for garage gym enthusiasts!

Did not disappoint. Very consistent texture. Macros were S tier. Important staple in my diet going forward. Mixed well with both savory and sweet ingredients. Oh sorry, I thought this was a cottage cheese review.

Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on the website, here.
What do I do if I’ve already bought tickets?
Bring your ticket (either printed or on your phone), and you will be scanned in upon arrival.
Where can I park?
There are a lot of local lots available near the convention center. If you are staying at the Galt House Hotel, parking is available there, and it is a short (2 block) walk to the convention center.
Where do I go when I arrive?
HomeGymCon is located at the Kentucky International Convention Center (221 S. 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202). The convention is located on the second floor through the A doors.
Where can I buy or pick up merch?
You can pick it up at the check-in desk.
Where is my favorite vendor?
Go to the vendor page and click the Vendor header to sort A-Z. Each vendor’s booth will have a sign with their name and number.
Will there be food onsite?
Yes! Concessions will be available on site. There will be grain and acai bowls and bbq as well as snacks available for purchase.
Can I bring in my own food?
No.
